The Controlaccount ClientWeb facility allows our clients to self administer their accounts. Giving live updates of the account status, balance and position within the recovery cycle.
At a glance clients can see a management summary of all live accounts and their current status with the ability to drill down to see all actions at account level.
Clients can inform Controlaccount via the ClientWeb facility of any communication with the account holder, such as payments, changes of address or other communications.
ClientWeb also allow clients to upload documents relating to accounts or provide new accounts that require Controlaccount's services.
ClientWeb includes a powerful reporting tool allowing clients to build and run extensive management information reports with the ability to view, print and export in most common formats.
