Controlaccount plc launches a week of fun and fundraising

Controlaccount Plc is fundraising for Children In Need 2017 through cake sales, old pound coin collections, raffles and sweepstakes before wrapping up the week by inviting staff to 'Wear your Pyjamas to Work' on Friday 17th November, in return for a small donation to the charity.

Supporting children’s charities is close to Controlaccount's heart; its Chairman, Graham Ball, recently completed a trek around Brazilian rainforests to raise money for The Victoria Foundation, which raises money for life enhancing medical support for poorly children.

David Harvey, Managing Director says, "Children In Need is a great event and with so many millions of pounds pledged on the night each year, we are very proud to be involved and contribute however we can. The focus is very much on fun and giving what you are able to in order to support underprivileged children and their families."

Children In Need has raised a staggering £890 million pounds and sponsors over 2,400 projects to help children facing a range of disadvantages.
