Controlaccount Ltd is pleased to announce that Neil Jinks, Brand Ambassador, has been elected as the new Chair of the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA).
Neil previously served as the Association’s Vice Chair and will continue to lead the CCUA Events Committee. He succeeds Rob Thompson of Brachers LLP, with Lisa Keating of Davisa Solutions appointed as Vice Chair.
Professional Experience and Leadership
With a career spanning more than 37 years, Neil brings extensive expertise in pre-legal debt recovery & litigation, and enforcement operations. He has held senior positions across several leading legal and enforcement businesses, contributing to the development of best practice and operational improvement within the sector.
In addition to his role at Controlaccount, part of the Broadriver Group, Neil holds several influential professional positions, including:
- Fellow and Chair of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM)
- Corporate Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation (IRRV)
- President of the IRRV West Midlands Association
Neil’s contributions have been widely recognised. He was recently named in the Credit & Collections Industry Leaders List 2025 and has been acknowledged by the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, DWF, and PwC for his advocacy of diversity and inclusion.
Speaking about his appointment, Neil said:
